LEMON SHORTBREAD
It is a bit of a hard call to have this cookie as a limited time only cookie only because in years of making cookie boxes - this one consistently ranks in the top - even being #1 for many people. I've always believed that if I am eating a lemon item (cake, cookie, etc) I want to really taste the lemon! And this cookie delivers with lemon through and through! If you like lemon, I encourage you to get it while you can as it is only available through the end of June.
SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA
Calling all coffee enthusiasts for this cookie! Or perhaps the coffee enthusiasts who like to taste the espresso, caramel, and chocolate notes all in one drink (or in this case bite!). This cookie takes a dark chocolate based cookie and adds in homemade toffee and salted caramel along with the richness of espresso. It is a rich cookie and is wonderful to enjoy paired with your favorite coffee drink!

If find yourself reaching for a buckeye here and there, this cookie is for you! This cookie is made with rich Ghirardelli cocoa, is filled with peanut butter chips, and is topped with homemade peanut butter frosting that tastes like the filling of a buckeye!
CHOCOLATE LOVER'S
This cookie is made with the fellow "lick the spoon after making brownie batter" people - the "no such thing as too much chocolate" people. It is made with three types of cocoa, three types of chocolate chips, and frosting that tastes like liking brownie batter off the spoon. It's a rich milk/dark chocolate cookie.
DARK CHOCOLATE TOFFEE SEA SALT
This is one of my first cookie creations that began to make a regular appearance in our household. The cookie is a dark chocolate base with 60% cocoa chips and tiny bits of even darker chocolate accented nicely by sweet toffee bits and a sprinkle of sea salt.
MORGAN'S FAVORITE
"Morgan's favorite" seems an easier name than "Chocolate Oat Toffee Pecan Cookie", This is also the cookie that I will sneak one off of the pan on baking day...Hence my favorite! To me this is everything a cookie should be - crispy and also melty, hearty with oats and pecans, and perfect balance of sweet and rich.
BISCOFF TOFFEE
What makes this cookie stand out is the way Biscoff cookie butter plays with homemade toffee and white chocolate. This is a cookie my husband (who likes white chocolate and is not a fan of overly rich desserts or too many chocolate chips) and I (who love all chocolate but white and want dessert to be rich and decedent) can agree on! It's a must try!
CLASSIC SUGAR
This is the first cookie that I ever wanted to learn to make. My grandma used to make frosted sugar cookies for different holidays in the theme and shape of that holiday. I just want to capture that nostalgic flavor. These cookies will only ever try to be an old fashioned sugar cookie -as close as I can get to my grandma's and nothing else.

This cookie used to only make an appearance growing up at Christmas time. As I became an adult I decided that this cookie belongs in the rest of the year as well! It has ground up oats and chocolate as well as full size chunks and is exactly the taste and texture a chocolate oat cookie should be.

If you have tried anything homemade versus store bought (given that it's made well at home!) you know how true it is that the homemade version wins hands down.
